Again...trying this one more time...no rest link was sent to any of the associated email addresses.
I have attempted to reset a password for a Microsoft account. I've successfully done this before. However in my latest attempt when the password reset process says it has emailed the links to the following associated email accounts...no link is received.
When I click on the link which says 'I can't use the these options' and entered an alternate email address....microsoft responded with the following instructions which is the exact same process I started with:
Click Here for the Microsoft account password reset page. Select an option and click "Reset your password". Enter your Microsoft Account, then enter the security characters, lastly click "Next". On the following page, select "Email me a reset link" and then click "Next". A reset link is now sent to your email address.
