I received an email saying my issue was escalated and I would be provided with additional help from a support agent.  I followed the directions of the response and nothing changed.  I wrote back and have received no reply.  When I try to go on the old private message it does not open.  This is incredibly frustrating and would really appreciate assistance in locating my many lost emails.
