Hi, 

Have not received a reply since 12 Sep after I replied to the private message and url. Thereafter, when I tried opening the url link. It's blank.

Please provide assistance soonest (if not it might already be more than 5 days for this wait).

I couldnt reply at the community and what other ways to seek assistance. Please let me know how I could contact the helpdesk / support team. It is so not user-friendly. :(
