NO OUTLOOK & CALENDAR ON MY MOBILE Q10 FOR 4 DAYS & COUNTING..HELP!

I have a Blackberry Q10 Mobile Device and for 4 DAYS I have no OUTLOOK EMAIL & CALENDAR CAPABILITY and as well, have none of my previous emails and calendar info..all gone..WHAT IS GOING ON? How in the world can MICROSOFT say, problems resolved.  PLEASE HELP!!!!
