Try to call live help, send email to other acct, and retrive new info. No knowladge of changes other than have kids that might have and no recall of.
Need to either stop all so no info is out there, reopen with new pass, or stablish a new acct and move over info. Not great with terms to do alot of details myself, with a confer. of doing it right. Is there a solution to this madness?
