No emails have appeared in my outlook.com since May, not even when I refresh, log out and back in again, close my laptop and re-open, use a different laptop. I've now exhausted my search of help topics. where do I go from here?
For information I have no problem logging in to my account. I can still open all my history mails prior to May 2013.
I know that I have had other mails because  can see them in  other mail apps.
I HAVE SPENT AGES LOOKING FOR AN ANSWER - IF YOU CAN PROVIDE ONE I'D BE VERY GRATEFUL.
