I had nothing sent to me and have no idea how to pay in the amount as having checked whole site there is no where to pay - if needed or how much.
People are sending important emails then texting me to say they are having problems.
I have had no emails since 2nd week august. My son set up the account and has had an email saying renewal due. I have only just found this out.
