I've asked this question before but not had an answer - I've used the same server/same details for several years on Windows Vista, 7 and XP - and still use same server on an old desktop computer.   Now have a new (January 2016) laptop pre-installed with Windows 10 and the Deleted Mail folder just says Not Synced Yet and there is no sign of a Junk Mail folder.   It is sometimes useful to go back to Deleted Mail to double-check data;  and previously, dodgy emails were sent to Junk with a note that I could look at them there if I wanted to, quite often they were perfectly OK.   We also have a gmail account which has none of these problems.   I've looked at Mail in Settings but there seems no way of altering settings
