I had a video i had been working on for quite a while and i recently finished it so i saved it and got out of movie maker

I went to make some adjustments to the video and once it opened their was no videos on the storyboard, their was no audio and the whole video was just a black screen but the video still said it went for the same time as my original video and also still had the title and captions

Can anyone help me?
