Outlook, used to open to my primary Hotmail account page. To access my second Hotmail account, I would click on my name, on the top right hand side of the screen and my second Hotmail account would be visible and accessible, but as of a month ago my secondary account has disappeared.

Any help with this problem will be greatly appreciated. Thanks . M
