For the last few days (since ~07/22), I am able to create new messages, including respond or forward from previously received or sent messages, but there is no send command or button anywhere in the email and thus I am unable to send anything.  I can save to draft, but no ability to send...

And it doesn't matter whether I'm using Firefox or IE 10.

Anyone else have this problem - or knows a solution to it?
