It's been 5 years since I DISABLED that e-mail address, so I typed in the only password ever used on that account and it didn't accept it. I've tried changing the password and recovering the account, but I don't remember enough of the details to do that.

Without it, I can't sign in to Xbox Live, any help would be very much appreciated.
