I set up a new Windows Live Mail account yesterday and successfully included gmail.com and outlook.com email addresses, but the two orange email addresses I have tried to include (fsnet.co.uk and orangehome.co.uk) repeatedly generate Server Error 0x800CCC90.
I have checked the passwords are correct by logging on to Orange (EE) webmail and I have checked that the POP and SMTP settings are as advised by EE on the website. I have tried both port 25 and port 587 (with authentication) for outgoing mail. I have removed
and then re-added both email addresses several times, all to no avail. Every attempt generates the same error message. Please can you help?
