I just purchased a Samsung Notebook 9. In the past I had a Vista & Outlook.  I have never used Windows.  I have Windows 10 on this Notebook.  As u have prob guessed, I know little about the  computer.  I had Best Buys , where I purchased the computer, transfer the data from my old computer to the new.  I assumed the Windows 10 would already be installed on this computer, but its seems it has not....Plus , I have re'ed a message saying I had not synced yet.....Can u help?
