NEW PROBLEM–CAN’T MOVE INBOX EMAILS TO ANOTHER FOLDER IN OUTLOOK

This is new. When I right-click on an Inbox Email to move to a different folder, nothing happens. Also does not work when email is fully opened and tab on top is used.
