Dear Microsoft,

To keep my account secure, I recently reset my password on my mailbox.  I use the mailbox for both work and personal purposes.  The mailbox is different than my name so I could keep it separate and distinct for what I use it for.  Therefore, the profile information was fictional or incomplete.  I was released by my employer.  I'm trying to get into all my mailboxes that I used on my company issued laptop and that I had set to automatically log me in when I went to hotmail.com and entered my mailbox name. The 'alternate' email address was my work address and the mobile number was a 'work' cell phone, both of which I had to surrender upon exiting. I'd like to get control of my own mailbox once again however I'm not remembering the 'new' password.  I've tried several times to complete the reset password form but since most of the information was fictional I don't remember what I put in some of the fields Support asks for.  I'd be willing to talk to someone on the phone or by email to resolve this issue.  I'll provide any information you need to verify who I am.  As of now I'm being asked to create a new account but there are important emails in my inbox of this account that I need.  Can you help me?  Again, I will provide any sort of verification you'd like including my other hotmail.com/outlook.com addresses to prove I'm a real person and owner of the mailbox.

Sincerely, Kola-Karla-Friend
