For two days I haven't been able to send a new email or reply, reply all, forward on existing email messages. The delete tab works, although it permanently deleted my test email rather than send it to the deleted folder. Luckily, it wasn't important.

I cleared all history on my browser, restarted my PC several times; still can't send.

SkyDrive seems to be working, but Outlook/Email is not.
