I regularly book meetings in rooms/venues (and for other people) where I do NOT need them to appear in my diary/calendar. How do I send a meeting/appointment to prevent this happening. I have tried taking the tick out against my name on the invites but it still pops up in my diary, I have also tried to send the appointment from thr "room" all to no avail.

This is very frustrtaing as when people are trying to book appointments to see me my calendar indicates I am busy when I am not!! I am not the only member of staff who is being addected by this....
