Hello, we just dropped Cox and went to ATT...in trying to set up my Microsoft Windows Live and Outlook email services with my new att email, it keeps telling me I've entered an incorrect password. . . I know that I entered it correctly...so thought I would go in and change the password, re-enter it and see if that works. In doing what people suggest..."going into Options/email/finding my present account for att/properties/deleted the account totally/went back in, re-entered all the information, making absolutely sure again that I entered the correct password...tried again to compose and send an email - it tells me I've entered and incorrect email and/or password. . . it's just going in a circle...meantime I have no email service and have business that I have to get taken care of via email...can someone help me as soon as possible?
