I've recently been involuntarily "upgraded" to the new hotmail/outlook web service.

The most annoying bug in the new system involves multi-selecting emails. I get around 200 emails per day and I need to be able to SHIFT-LeftMouse click from the first email in the list, to the last, in order to select and modify/delete them.

This only works 50% of the time in Chrome/IE, while it used to work consistently in the old Hotmail system.

It's important because instead of spending the usual 10 seconds and 2 clicks dealing with large volumes of emails, it now takes 200 tedious clicks. If it's not fixed soon I would personally switch email services over this.

Secondly, I was upgraded mid-typing a long, laborious email with pictures inserted inline and was consequently unable to send the email which needed to be re-written for the new format as inline pictures were not cross-compatible. Please choose better timing when giving people this upgrade.

Thirdly, in Google Chrome (54% of the browser market - October 2016), inserting pictures inline does not work, while this feature worked fine in the old Hotmail system. The button exists but nothing happens when you click on it to insert a picture. While it is true that switching to IE did fix this problem and allow me to complete the email (an hour later) it is very unprofessional to write any website that only supports 27% of the browser market.
