Having a huge issue with Outlook 2011. I am unable to receive new e-mail messages but e-mail messages that deemed as being classified as Junk are being recieved. I've recreated the Outlook account over and over and reinstalled the software to no avail. The only way I can receive new messages is by rebuilding the cache. I am running the latest version of Outlook: 14.4.2. Has anyone
encountered this issue?
