New e-mail messages come in and the subjects of those e-mails are visible, but I cant read them.

On the right side, where I can usually read my messages, my screen stays empty/ white.

When I click on the message, nothing happens. I can’t even  read old messages.

If I install Windows Essentials 2009 there is no problem - I can read my emails – the content of the emails are visible.

Even after uninstalling, and deleting all associated user files, and deleting and reconnecting all mail accounts. Installation of Windows Essentials 2011 or 2012 results in not being able to read the emails. Messages and subjects are visible – the message content is not visible.

I can read my emails when logged on as administrator and other  users have no trouble. The problem is only with one user.
Is there some setting this one user may change to make the live mail 2011-2012  able to read emails like the other users on the computer can? I use windows 8
