I have a surface pro and am trying to download movie maker.  It keeps telling me that I'm missing net frame 3.5 before I can install movie maker.  I've downloaded the net frame 3.5 file and have tried to run it several times.  It just keeps saying "searching for file". I can't get this done so that I can move on and install Windows Essentials.  Help!
