Could someone please help.  My newphew has recently moved house. He has tried to connect to his live, but it transpires that his Hotmail account is blocked.

I have tried to fill in the verification form, and keep getting told not enough information.  I have the card details that his live was bought with and still getting told not enough information.  Need urgent help please.
