Hello

I need to recover my old hotmail account which is linked to my Xbox Live account, i haven't used this account for sometime now (years) and i cant gain access to it, i have tried filling in the retrieval form but it was refused as i do not have enough information to give. I am currently locked out of my Xbox Live account and have spoken with Xbox Help on the phone and unless i can get into my hotmail account i will not be able to get back into my Xbox account.
