I recently upgraded from Vista Home premium to Windows7 HP.  The photoviewing platform is different and lacks the ease to tag photos describing content. I copy a lot of text - letters, paper files - which as well as a formal date and subject need to have a brief content tag or tags. I then need to be able to view these and search on them easily. Any ideas on how this might be done? I don't want to store these files under the pictures library because they are documents and are held as such in my file system.
