I have not used a Messenger hotmail account for a while (maybe years), and forgot the password and detailed information for the account recovery application. However, I have kept the old My Received Files folder of Messenger in my laptop containing history record (.xml files) that can prove the account was mine. Could anyone give me a hint what I can do to get the account back, Thanks in advance!
