I have not been able to access my account because it is suspended and when I try to fill out the form it says account not valid.  Xbox live has done all they can and after 3 months of trying to get help I have now been sent here to ask Microsoft support forums to help? I need access to a windows live ID to access my own xbox where I have paid for xbox live that I can NOT USE??? is there anyway to reset this email or access this account so I can use my own Xbox?
