I have a work computer that I hadn't used for a few months.

I fired it up last night and opened my Windows Live, let it update all of my emails.

I noticed that there were some duplicate folders so I made sure that I selected the empty folders and deleted them.

Somehow this also deleted the folders containing my emails.  I'm now out 10 years worth of all my work, business, family emails.

I tried to contact chat support and phone support to no avail.

The folders and emails are also missing from my online Outlook account.

I've tried to restore my Windows Live folder to previous version, again to no avail.

I did do a search in my Windows Live folder for "*.eml" and made a copy of all 13,000 emails onto a folder on my desktop.

I believe that all of the missing emails are in this folder, unfortunately so is every other email from my account, sometimes 10-12 copies of it.

I'm wondering if somebody can either reset my Outlook.com account to the time prior to me deleting the folders, or in a worst case scenario point me towards a feasible way to sort/remove duplicates 13,000+ emails back into my Live Mail program.

Thanks in advance!  Here's hoping for a kinder softer way to deal with this issue.
