When I click on the printer icon it doesn't give me a "print preview" option so I can see the complete email (page by page) first so that I can then select exactly which pages I want to print.  The email I'm printing may be several pages long and I only want to print the 4th page.  It doesn't give me access to knowing how many pages will be printing before I actually hit the "print" button.  This is a waste of ink and paper!

I would also like to have this same "print preview" option available as well when I'm "creating" an email as so I can see the email before I actually send it.

I used to have Microsoft Outlook 2007 and it had several options for customizing the quick access toolbar.  I could click on Tools, Customize, and add a wide variety of things to the toolbar (*Windows Live Mail 2012 doesn't even have a "Tools" icon!!  How do I add that too??) The only things I can add to the toolbar is:

New

Safe as File

Update All

Show above or below the Ribbon

Minimize Ribbon

When I click on the down arrow in the toolbar section it doesn't give me an option to add anything else.

Help please!!!
