I am experiencing the same problem as so many others. I am trying to close my Hotmail account, as it was 'hacked'. I am told to cancel billing, so I went onto my xbox live account, changed it to my new email, deleted billing info etc. I then tried to close acct again and was told the same thing, only now when I go to billing it shows there is no longer anything to cancel (so at least that was successful).

I have read the boards and from what I can tell, I need a moderator to start a private discussion in order to get this corrected and get my account closed. So please, moderator of some kind, contact me so we can get this done!
