Sorry, Movie Maker had to shut down unexpectedly. Please restart it, and then try again. (Error: 0x80004005)

Every time I open Movie Maker, this error pops up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. I've also tried uninstalling, restarting, downloading it again, and reinstall it but it hasn't worked.
