I cannot send or receive any emails from my Windows Livemail 2012 account.  I keep getting the following message:-

Unable to send or receive messages for ........................................ account.

Server Error: 3219
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

I have uninstalled the programme and reinstalled the programme but to no avail.

Please help.
