my windows LIVE email will not let me sign in on my desktop under my windows account or add email account to my IPaD.  It keeps telling me invalid username or password however it will let me sign in using the same unsername and password under the website outlook.com and I am able to see my email.  I have reset password several times and works fine on the website but nothing else.  I am using windows 07 I believe.
