My Windows (7) Live Mail is not working since the Dec. 2015 windows update !!!

WLM 2012 is not receiving my email !!!

I have to use Internet Explorer to view it on Outlook.com !!!

I don't like being forced to use online email !!!

I want it all to download to my computer !!!

I don't want it on some other computer !!!

How do I get WLM to work like it used to?
