Earlier today her account has been hacked.  We can not change the password as they seem to have changed all her secondary security codes.  The text a phone number doesnt work and the two email addresses listed to send code resets too are unknown to us.  Please help all my wifes last communications with her father are saved on this account. We can answer any questions necessary for security purposes
