My wife has forgotten her Microsoft account password and every time she tries to reset it by sending a code to her phone, or a link to her other email, she gets an error at the end (after picking a new password) stating there is a problem with the server and to try again later.  She tries it again later, but she still gets the same error every time.   She is able to log in using a one-time code to her phone, she also has her account setup on her Windows phone and is able to get her mail there.  I tried to submit this question
