My backup device started to fail, to save the files I copied them up to my skydrive. Of course this exceeded the free limit. I purchased the 100GB plan, and now I am trying to sync my PC to the cloud. I did not receive any codes or any additional information. I tried to resync the PC to the cloud folder, and I still receive the message from the client on my PC that my skydrive is full, and it gives me the option to purchase more storage space. How do I make the client recognize that I have increased my available storage?
