My Skydrive subscription has been lost since I upgraded to Windows 8 . Can anyone advise how I can get it restored?

I purchased a subscription to Skydrive (Skydrive + 20), Billing ID: B-0PF360022L4659624. I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 8 recently and my Skydrive storage allowance was reduced to the non-subscription level. Can anyone suggest how I can get the subscription re-activated?
