I am running 8.1 with skydrive pro. I have reinstalled the software a couple of times and even done a system reset so I know it is not corrupted.

 

When I click SkyDrive Pro on either my Windows 8 dash or the sync now button on the Office website, it asks me which library I would like to sync and a blank box. Nothing seems to work in there. Skydrive says it is contacting the server and then crashes and a message comes up saying the program has stopped working.

 

Also, the SkyDrive Pro options in windows explorer are greyed out and inaccessible.

 

What do I need to put in that box?

 

Why is SkyDrive crashing?

 

Why do you guys at Microsoft not have adequate support for a product I am paying for?
