I have read some people's similar questions, but when I select the option leading here https://support.live.com/eformpost.aspx?locale=en-us&productKey=wlfoldersabuse&ct=eformts&subtype=free&wa=wsignin1.0 the page just reloads. There is no page telling me the message has been sent at all. I am not aware of terms of use agreements I have broken. Please help.
