My sister hotmail account was hacked. I cannot login to the account and spam mail was sent out to ask for money on my behalf.
I already consulted with MSN Support Engineer and they provided this link

I already entered all the information and I got"Final update on your *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account recovery request." email back for more information.
I resent all the information requested .
1. Please kindly help advice how to restore my account back . It is essential that I get this email account back.
2. Please also let me know if it's possible to send capture screen or any other evidence to identify my account ownership.
