when she tries to do that  tells her her user name and password are incorrrect. Has has the same user name and password for years. This only happened a few days ago and could sign  ok. Now when she keepys trying to sign it gets a message that has signed in too ofen with the wrong user  nmae and password. Anyone knpow how to fix this?
