Original title: blank page

I can log in to my hotmail account, but after a few seconds the page goes blank and I can no longer access my emails. This happens on my mac air as well. I have changed my password, and updated my software but nothing has changed. This has been happening for some time and I can only access email via my mobile. Please help.
