My email account is Hotmail. Profile says the picture I've selected is available but it is not sent with email to any contacts. some people get blank silhouette  or some a soccer ball. In my profile I go in and chose a picture from my pictures saved to my computer. I'm not computer savy so thanks for being patient and helpful.
