My windows live mail, onedrive, onenote information is exposed to the public because microsoft won't let me change my password.

The alternative email in my microsoft account has been invalidated by my cable provider, so when I try to change my password, it wants to send a code to the invalid account. Since the account is invalid it cant' send the code, so I can't change my password.

The other option is to get the code from the microsoft app. installing the app requires a code - that wants to be sent to the invalid email.

So, endless loop. I can't change the password without a code, I can't get a code because the app isn't installed, I can't install the app without the code, I can't get the code because it goes to an invalid email, I can't update the email because it needs a code, and so on...

Meanwhile, people that have my old laptop have free access to my email, onenote, onedrive and all of the personal and private credit card, ssn, birth date, address, everything they need to be me because I can't change the password.

The alternative method is offered - and will take effect 24 hours from now. meanwhile, for 24 hours, the public has free access to all my private information.
