Recently the terms and conditions for Zune were changed and I was asked to give my Parent's email id cuz I am a minor.

But when I submitted the username and password, it didn't recognise the account. It says it's not the account which is associated with my account.

We tried to change the password by clicking on 'can't access your account', but the problem continued. Can anyone please guide me in this respect as I'm unable to download anything from windows store.
