Hi.
- I really need your help.

- My primary alias is @hotmail.com.
- For special purposes, I use my @live.com and @outlook.com aliases.
- Email sent to my @live.com alias shows up in my regular (Hotmail) Inbox.

- My @outlook.com alias seems to not be working.
- It used to work.
- I used get email sent to my @outlook.com alias in my regular (Hotmail) email.
- Now I don’t.

- When I send a test email to my @outlook address, it appears to be sent.
- It shows up in my Sent folder showing that it was actually sent.
- But it never arrives in Inbox.
- When other people email my @outlook.com address, their emails never come.

WHAT I’VE TRIED
- I went to  In Settings --> More Overview --> Your email accounts --> Account aliases --> Account details --> Add or change alias

FIRST, I selected "Add an existing email address as a Microsoft account alias"
- I tried to add my @outlook alias
- I got this error message:
       "This email address is already taken. Please try another."

NEXT, I tried "Create a new email address and add it as an alias"
- I tried my @outlook alias.
- I got this error message:
     This email address is already taken. Please try another.

What should I do?
- I really need your help.
