Hi,

I cannot receive any emails in my Outlook.com account at all. I have tried sending the emails from various different addresses, but I don't receive anything.

I have checked my Junk folder, I have cleared my browser cache, attempted using a different browser and also a different computer.

When I changed my account from Hotmail to outlook, I remember setting up automatic forwarding from me gmail account. Something went horribly wrong and the whole process stopped halfway through. I haven't been able to receive emails since then.

Is there a way to reset my setting on the Outlook.com server or do I have to delete my account, hope nobody nicks my alias and then recreate my email address?

UPDATE: I've had to submit this question from another account of mine because it wouldn't allow me to submit a question from my main Outlook.com account. There is definitely something wrong with my account. It is almost as if my account was deactivated, but I can still sign in.
