This is my very last option. I don't know what else to do.

So, my main Email address is locked. This was done by me. I accidentally had caps lock on when trying to log into my account from an rarely used domain. 

So, I attempt to get my password back however my recover email is a copy of my email but with a .com at the end. 

So when I try to use that to retrieve the password it says that the email address is an invalid Microsoft email.

When submitting a form to retrive my account,  it says that they cannot verify me as the owner. All the information is as accurate as I can give as the account is well over 10 years old.

Please can someone tell me what I can do? I can easily provide evidence of who I am but don't have the option to so so.

Edit: when I try to use an email to recover my password only 1 email shows up but when I try to send a password change out from my account 2 emails show up and one of these emails is this however changing the password does not solve my problem.
